A lab with one rule above the rest: show the work.
Inventick is an independent software lab in Surat, India. It builds and runs its own products: small SaaS tools, browser extensions and apps. It doesn't take client work.
It's run by Hussain C, who also runs Araneux Systems, a studio that builds software for clients. Araneux is paid for its hours. Inventick is paid only if its products earn it, so the two are kept apart: separate company, separate site, separate log.
The name is the method. Invent something small, then tick it off: a phase closed, a gate passed, a dated line in the log. Ticks add up to products. Products that stop ticking get switched off, in public.

How a mission runs
Five stages, each with a gate. Most ideas should stop at the second one, and that's the system working.
SIGNAL
An itch worth writing down
Something I've hit myself, or heard from three different people in the same month.
gate: A one-page brief. If it needs two pages, it's two ideas.
◆ 1 classifiedPROTOTYPE
Clickable in days
A rough version in front of people who have the problem, before any real backend.
gate: Ten people using it every week, or it gets switched off.
◆ 1 classifiedBUILDING
One slice at a time
Phases that each work end to end, with tests, QA and a written log at the close.
gate: Every phase ships something a user can touch.
◆ Altrun is hereLAUNCHED
Public and priced
Monitoring on, billing on, a real support address that a person reads.
gate: People pay, or come back weekly without being asked.
GROWING | SUNSET
More time, or an honest ending
Growing missions get more of the week. Sunset missions get a write-up, and users get their data back.
gate: Either way, the log says why.

Standing orders
The rules every mission is held to. They're short so they can't be argued around.
DIR-01
Small surface
A product does one job and stays out of the way. Altrun is a side panel and five pages on purpose.
DIR-02
Prove it
Every claim on a mission page has the number behind it. If there's no number yet, the claim waits.
DIR-03
No platform abuse
No bots posting on your behalf, no scraping you didn't ask for, no tricks at checkout.
DIR-04
Own the stack
Plain code on infrastructure that can move. Nothing critical rented from a tool that might vanish next year.
DIR-05
Kill fast, write it up
Most ideas should die at prototype. When one does, it gets a log entry explaining what went wrong.
DIR-06
Build in the open
Dates, phases and mistakes go in the log when they happen, not in a launch post months later.

I've spent 18 years building software for other people, and I still do that at Araneux Systems. Inventick is the other half: things I want to exist, built on my own clock and paid for by nobody's deadline.
Some of these will work. Most won't. The pipeline above is how I decide, and the log is where you can check whether I followed it.

Plain answers
- What is Inventick?
- Inventick is an independent software lab in Surat, India, run by Hussain C. It builds and runs its own products: micro-SaaS, browser extensions and apps. It doesn't take client work.
- Who runs it?
- Hussain C, an engineer who has been shipping software since 2008 (18 years). He also founded Araneux Systems, a studio that builds software for clients.
- How is Inventick different from Araneux Systems?
- Araneux Systems builds for clients and is paid for its time. Inventick builds for itself and earns only if its products do. Same operator, separate companies, separate books.
- What is the lab building right now?
- Live missions: Altrun (creator tools · chrome extension, phase 3 of 8). Two more are classified until they're worth showing.
- How do I get early access?
- Join the transmission list. You'll get one email when a mission launches or changes stage, and beta invites go to that list first.
- Can I pitch an idea or work with the lab?
- Send it to hussain@araneux.com. Every idea gets read. Very few get built, and the pipeline on this site is how that decision gets made.
